Marianne Nuseibeh attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She graduated in 1975 with a Bachelor of Science in Education.
Her experience goes back to 1991, when she joined her husband at MDI. She was the chairperson of the Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce Small Business Committee from 1995 to 1997. During that time, she helped launch the Dearborn County Small Business Expo, which has now become a yearly event.
Mrs. Nuseibeh, who has lived in the area since 1982, is also a mother of four, which means she is a cook, nurse, housekeeper, counselor, chauffer, personal shopper, bookkeeper, receptionist, child care specialist, and a sometimes jailer.
She feels MDI provides the best computer and networking service in the tri-state area, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it is all backed by years of experience.
Mrs. Nuseibeh hopes that in the future, MDI will help the area develop technologically and, in turn, help the area become a competing entity in the tri-state.
Omar Nuseibeh attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He graduated in 1974 with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a specialization in Systems Analysis.
His experience covers 48 years of computer field work, ranging from Mainframe to Mini to Micro computer installations, 24 hour/7 days a week support, and project management. He provides turnkey solutions in wired and wireless local and wide area networking, computer, maintenance, upgrades, installation, training, and support.
Mr. Nuseibeh is authorized in Novell, Microsoft, Cisco, 3Com, Nortel, HP, AOpen, and various others. He is an Intel Premier Provider, the highest rank available, and a Dearborn County Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau member. He was also nominated by the Chamber for the Businessperson of the Year Award, an honor given to outstanding business persons in the county.
His personal achievements include being part of Midwest Data, Inc. since 1983 and opening a Lawrenceburg office in 1992. Since then, he has installed and supported over 80 networks and 10,000 workstations, and the launching of the MDI REALTIME wireless tower project in April 2001. Mindy attended the local Ivy Tech State College and graduated in May 2002 with an Associate’s Degree in Office Administration. She was recognized for excellence by making the Dean’s List the spring 2000 and 2001. Mindy is Lawrenceburg High School Graduate. She also attended the Southeastern Career Center in Versailles, IN during her Junior and Senior years at LHS. She acquired a two-year certificate of completion in Office Technology and also received the honor of Southeastern Career Center Outstanding Student Award. Mrs. Bruce’s experience dates back to 1997, where she worked as a receptionist for an environmental and geotechnical testing company and then for a uniform manufacturing company. Mrs. Bruce grew up in Lawrenceburg, IN and now resides in Aurora, IN. She is a member & Vice President of the Aurora Fire & Rescue Auxiliary. Mindy has served MDI since 2000. She is proud of the fact that MDI provides the best possible computer, networking, and communication services in the area.
Rushdi Nuseibeh attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Informatics.
Mr. Nuseibeh has lived in the area all his life and currently resides in Greendale. Rushdi worked at MDI part time before joining full time in June 2006.
Mr. Nuseibeh is proud of MDI’s unbeatable support and its solid relationships with its clients. He also feels that MDI’s certifications greatly help businesses expand and grow.
Mr. Nuseibeh is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist, a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional, a CompTIA Server+ Certified Professional as well as a CompTIA Network+ Certified Professional.
Ramzi Nuseibeh attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. He graduated in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business with a specialization in Computer Information Systems. He also has a minor in Computer Science.
Mr. Nuseibeh has lived in the area since 1981 and has served the community at MDI since 1999. He feels that MDI helps provide the community with high tech solutions for the ever-changing world of technology. He also feels that they help the community stay atop the competition with the high quality services MDI provides the community’s businesses with. He is proud of their ability to reach out to the community and give annual scholarships to the local schools for students graduating high school.
Mr. Nuseibeh is an active member and an officer in Kiwanis International (President 2008-present). This allows MDI to participate fully in charity events and raising money to allow Kiwanis to donate money to the youth of the area. Additionally, he is on the Dearborn County Chamber Board, and serves on the Education committee. Mr. Nuseibeh is also on the InSAI steering team for Central Elementary School as part of the school improvement program that Lawrenceburg Schools is going through. Finally, Mr. Nuseibeh serves on the board of directors and is the co-founder of Melodic Connections (www.MelodicConnections.org), which brings low to no cost music therapy to children and adults with disabilities.
Mr. Nuseibeh is authorized in Novell, an Intel Networking Specialist, a CompTIA Network+ and A+ Certified Professional, a CIW Associate and a CIW Professional, a 3Com IP Telephony Specialist, a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, and is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.
Mona graduated with a college degree in Banking & Finance from Jordan, and worked as an admin assistant to the CFO at a media production company and for Fedex as a customer service rep before moving here in 2015.
Mona joined MDI in January 2018, and she loves serving our clients with their admin needs.
Dustin joined MDI with the acquisition of Indicom, and specializes in the installation and maintenance of Cloud Based Phone and Camera Systems, On Prem wiring Installs, WiFi installs, and system troubleshooting.
Jeff joined MDI with the acquisition of Indicom in September 2023.
Jeff Bittner was a member of the USAF where he received training in electronic systems and in depth training in telephone equipment and systems.
After an honorable discharge from the USAF in 1986, he started his own communications company, Indicom, located in Dearborn County Indiana. The company grew at a rapid pace.
As many of the regions long time residents may remember, Jeff created a long distance program which made Cincinnati a local call from SE Indiana. This program was wildly successful and grew to thousands of customers. Indicom’s more recent projects include security camera systems in many businesses and governmental facilities, campus wireless and fiber optic installations, as well as Voice over IP (VoIP) telephone service for residential and commercial customers. Founded in 1986, Indicom is a leader in providing the best communications solutions in the area.
Cathy joined MDI with the acquisition of Indicom in September 2023.
Cathy has an extensive background in Customer Service having spent 24 years with Indicom. She was previously employed as a Customer Service Representative with Walmart, Andy Chevrolet and A Cut Above. Prior to that she was a Co-Manager with Victoria’s Secret in Florence Kentucky.
Cathy is a lifelong resident of Aurora and proud to be a team member at MDI.
